Training is about more than learning how to act; it’s about learning how to learn to act.
Simple scene work is fine for maintenance, but if you really want to get better and better, you have to train in a way that challenges you and pushes you beyond your boundaries. You have to get your ass kicked a bit, and learn how to kick it yourself. I’d like to help out with that.

In the Dynamic Actor Workshop, you will:
1. Learn to pull apart and attack a scene from multiple angles, make bold and varied choices that compel you to live in the moment, and replace negative and distracting habits with focus and purpose.
2. Create a vocabulary that lets you identify what makes a great performance great, so you can get more from observing actors who inspire you.
3. Develop physical skills that let you experiment and risk without being artifical.
Most importantly, you will learn it all by taking risks, making mistakes, and learning from your failures. It’s called deliberate practice, and it’s what separates experts from amateurs. I want to show you how to practice deliberately, so that every scene, every audition, and every exercise makes you a better actor.
It’s hard work. I know. I’ve seen the struggles, and I’ve seen the breakthroughs. If you want to really reach and see where you can go, sign up for a class and come play.
I’m ready. Are you?
